Thanks for supporting us at the Christmas Party. Y'all were great. Our new EP, "The Big Picture", with 5 of our songs, is scheduled to be released late January/early February.......the cost should be around 3-6 bucks, somewhere around there.....

You know what, i would first off like to say that we did not steal our name from a Dutch Hardcoreband named Alone in a Crowd, it is just a slight happening of chance that we have the same name.....so to all of you Dutch people out there, before you send me hate-letters saying we stole your favorite band's name, how bout you think about that......yeah, that means you Greetz.....
Why this name?
We sat around staring at the blank wall for hours until I thought the smart idea to actually look at things, we saw something on the internet that was talking about being alone and and we did not steal it from the Dutch Hardcoreband Alone in a Crowd, its just a slight happening of chance.
Do you play live?
Yes, we do play live, we have already done two talent shows, some parties, a chapel, contact Jeff Ostenson to schedule an event.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
This new breakthrough of music online cuts back on Kazaa/Limewire/Morpheus(you get the picture) users and has given the musical artists of today a pleasant place to show their stuff to their adoring fans.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I would say that we would, just to be able to create personalized and professional cd's, and to have someone actually scheduling our gigs and such so that we don't just find out about them like a day before hand, as has been happening.
Band History:
this band started with a dream, dreamed by lead guitarist, Mark Bailey. He dreamed of one day playing music in front of millions of adoring fans alongside some of his best friends. Although the adoring fans have not quite come, this dream is being lived out. He got together with some of his friends, and thus formed Alone in a Crowd.

Taking Back Sunday, East on Autry, Late November Tragedy, Brand New, 311, and such.....

Mark Bailey- 12-string, accoustic-electric Takamine guitar, Ibanez 15-watt amp.
Micah McMinn- 6-string, electric guitar
Jeff Ostenson- 4-string, electric Johnson bass; 5-string electric Peavey bass.
