Jamera was born February 4th, 1977. She begin her singing career at the age of 11 years old at Bethlehem Baptist Church. Since then she has sung anywhere and everywhere she could. Her strong vocal chords and ability to adapt to any song style landed her the opportunity to sing with Elder Christopher Brinson and Gospel Music Ministries. God has also placed her along side numerous national artist such as, Rev. Hezikiah Walker, Albertina Walker, Willie Neal Johnson and The Gospel Keynotes, Rev. James Moore, Ricky Dillard, Rev. Kirvy Brown, Christopher Brinson, Otis Battles and the High Point Community Choir, Roderick Carter, Faith Evans, Luke Skywalker and the R&B group H-Town. She has also appeared on the Bobby Jones Gospel Show. She is a cast member of the play "The Black Nativity Gospel" for the National Black Theater Repertory Company, based in Winston Salem, North Carolina founded by Larry Leon Hemline.
