Why this name?
Many people have come, asking that we reveal to them the secret of our name. Now is the time for the story to be told. We named ourselves in commemoration of the 88 men, women and children who disappeared from the small town of Radium, Pennsylvania a few days after they had formed themselves into a society to explore their belief that all the other residents of Radium had been replaced with exact replicas. A bizarre and unproveable theory, you might think. No possible threat to anyone's way of life. Then why, on the 8th of August, 1988 did every single member of this harmless group of speculative philosophers vanish, never to be seen again?

Do you play live?
yes, we play live, not as often as we used to, we enjoy it very much but recording seems to be more productive at the moment.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
obviously it gives us a platform, makes what we do accessable.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
yup.
Your influences?
a melting pot of electronica, indie and proper melodic songwriting, influenced by moby, bjork, massive attack, underworld, portishead.
Favorite spot?
the place where they keep the Answers.
