Artist History
The band was formed January 2001 in Gothenburg, Sweden. The band started playing live in the spring of 2004 after popular demand. Due to a strong online present and a growing US fan base User's Guide was invited to go on a mini tour of the New York City area in the summer of 2004. The tour was organized by american fans in cooperation with Scrub Radio. User's Guide continued to performe live during the fall of 2004 and were, among other things, invited to Uppsala, Sweden, to open the new rock club Agaton. User's Guide started recording their first album "The sweetest thing kills", a 10 track CD, in the spring of 2005 with release date 3rd of October 2005.

The different backgrounds of the members contributes to the diversity of the music. The hard singing Jesper Kilander - with his musical education in the TV sofa. The riff-making engineer Thomas Greschik. The, in this context - the music one, extremly educated jazz musician Anders Höglind. The "plays every instrument known to man" Jocke Nylander gives his interpretation of the bass. The "little brother that could" beat man Anders Greschik

Yes. If you want to make a living as a musician you need a label to do promotional work.
Band History:
User's Guide was formed over a pint of beer in Gothenburg, Sweden, in the winter of 2001. The current line-up has been playing since May, 2002.
