most posters here seeking to inform people of solutions always start at the base that its the individual and to a degree that is correct , the individual should elevate themself to realize that the evolution we need is going to necessitate a common purpose , effort and reality.

Protesting wont cut it, petitioning legislators wont cut it but what will work is turning those protests into spiritual think tank sit ins, where people exchange experiences and ideas,culminating in a meditation or post meditation.

the next time anyone want to march on dc, get me there and let me have the podium, the first thing youll do is sit down and close your eyes. The next thing youll do is open your heart to the commonness of all of those gathered , the dreams , concerns fears and hopes and need to survive ; to each persons similarity and difference and to the unique signature energy they all posess.
The next thing youll do is feel your heart connecting to the earth, its raw power, its age, its molten core and all the strata of earth below and above the crust , the life it gives to us and all things, the waters, the desserts, the insects , the plants the animals and rodents from the smallest to the largest and all manner of life in the sea.

and whe we feel that connected ness surge feel the connectedness to the solar system, the planets and comets and asteroids, then the galazy with trillions of solar systems, then the universe with biilions of billions of galaxies, while your root chakra firmly connected to the core of the earth resonates with the 7 hz frequency of the earth your heart chakra sensing its ability to see all things as life; animate or inanimate and your head chakra reaching out in your minds eye to stand trillions of trillions of miles tall to embrace the entire universe as one living energy.

And then ask all of it to accept your humble thanks for manifesting absolute clarity of consciousness within you, and center it in your heart, so the mind wont abuse it and your root wont pervert it.

While there we shift our center vision to where we sit, and all we see are coworkers in the greatest possibility of this temporal existence we could imagine. children of infinity hand in hand simply being a piece of the entire solution , looking within yourself for the answers that escape you and seeing others there capable of providing a piece of that missing puzzle.

envisioning where your most natural form of problem solving lie and opening the gates of your mind to allow it to flow into the onemillion people around you,all giving and recieving simultaneously. and then raising your vision to viewing the earth from above and focusing all you have learned that is good into the energy field of earth while counting every person on the earth and giving them your heart. giving the universe and the animals and plants your heart, and for all manner of matter on earth your heart like a resting plce for all of it.

And holding it there for just a few more minutes.
