How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

Band History:
Ahuman were formed in February 2003 by Ex Cypher Guitarist, Aleem Raza and brother Shakeel Raza (Drums). With only one song written, a track titled ‘Khaos Burn’ composed by Aleem, the brothers set out to find a bassist with the ability to groove along to the obscure nature and style of this song.
This bassist was a Mr James Winterburn whom had previous band experience with Shakeel throughout high school/ college in bands (‘Pointless Reason’,‘Transaction’ and Violator’). This prior experience aided the bands solid rhythm section.
The musical line up of the band was now complete and within a month the band had written four complete songs. From these songs their musical style and sound had been established, the most prominent feature was the groove element of the music, which incorporated elements of many styles including rock, metal and funk to form truly original music.
Soon enough after a rough eight-track demo, the band set out to find a vocalist, and through some close contacts found Dave Allen. The band was now complete with a newfound blues influence brought by Dave’s vocals. Over the next month or two, Dave spent time writing the lyrics and vocal lines for the four songs, whilst the others continued to write. After several jam sessions together, they were accomplished and ready to gig. ‘Ahuman’ played their debut gig at Stockport’s student’s union in September 2003 and were very well received.
