7 Circles is a no holds bar melodci hardcore band. We cover all genres of hardcore excpet thugcore and rapcore!!
Why this name?
7 Circles comes form our way of saying the 7 deadly sins from the movie se7en, also it comes from the bible has to do with the 7 seal's in revalation
Do you play live?
We play live all the time. We have been playing since 2 weeks after the band started. We have played with many local and reginal hardcore, metalcore, and metal bands superjoint ritual, devildriver, morbid angel, 200 north, cipher, broken free, hatebreed, and many more.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It helps to promote local and indie bands to spread their music to a bigger audience.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
We would sign a deal if we are given complete artistic control of our music.
Band History:
Shortly after watching several hardcore bands play 7 Circles decided to form a group in 2001. The band was young and didn't have much experience, except for Rob. 7 Circles went to play show after show in 2001 to make a name for them selves. The original line up did not last long Bobby, Jakson, and John all had quit within the first year. This did not stop the band they found replacements for a short time. Then in 2002 they decided they were quitting because there was no musicians to be found in the small town the lived in. 7 Circles however didn't quit they decided to keep the band but take a extended break. In early 2003 Rob met Jef Smith and Aaron Hess they had both quit the band they were in and they were looking for another band. 7 Circles started rehearsing and writing new songs. They started playing shows to rave responses. They had formed a new style for them. They just plain mixed every genre of hardcore possible.

In late 2003 Jef just abruptly quit the band for another band. So they called on Aaron Philbrick to come in on bass and Rob moved to guitar. They also decided to addition for a 2nd guitarist. Hence Ben Allemong now they wanted another drummer to move Jesse to vocals and have 2 singers. Greg Lowery the former 200 North drummer got a call from Rob and he jammed once and decided he was in. Then with everything in place Jesse decided not to show up for a show. He was then kicked out!!! Now with every member in place and there hard work ethic 7 Circles is prepared to do whatever it takes to play the music that is true to them and make a name for their selves!!
