Why this name?
When we asked each other what we should call the band, many names came up and were quickly followed by resounding "nah's". Then one day, Gerald said, "how about "Poised for the Worm?" We said nothing, so it stuck. It has kind of grown on us since.
Do you play live?
Yes we love playing live. Being in the studio and playing live are the main reasons we do this. Generally we play in Toronto and surrounding area, but we have recieved offers to play down in the US and we're excited about that prospect.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It takes the control out of the big record company's hands and puts it back into the artists' hands. You can promote your band and grow your audience with a global reach, without comprimising or spending alot of money.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I think that it would have to be on our terms. We've been doing this for awhile, and although others may see us a rookies, we're old enough to know better. We won't be rushing into a situation unless it is the right fit for us.

Your influences?
The list is long and diverse. I think another band put it best when they said that everything that we listen to influences us.
Favorite spot?
Lying on the beach anywhere there is white sand and blue-green water.
