Frank Orlando aka kyDD riDDLe is the name, I been writing since the 4th grade, tryin to basically make a new Renaissance of music. Bring the Peace out. Make people realize wut they do wrong, stuff like that. I rap wit my ELmont boys, my brotha n otha extra people that are close wit me, chk it out i'm sure you'll find sumthin u like. 1
Why this name?
kyDD riDDLe wuz thought of at the beginning of 2003, becuz when i started battlin more often in 2002 the kids called me skittelz becuz sumthin like eminem, idn it wuz weird, so i started rhymin skittelz, then i wuz like i don wanna bite off shady so i'ma do my own thing, every rhyme i write is like a riddle, n i'ma kid, but i thought lemme make all the letters stand for sumthing, creating kydd for that reason, n that's basically it.
Do you play live?
I've done talent shows, musicals, n stuff like that. Not really big live things, but yeah my first live performance last year wuz at my skool, very special to me, i proved myself. I would love to go live anywhere. It's an honor n a rush of excitement.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it expands it, the money bein taken away from artists is wrong, but at the same time it gives the new generations various genres to hear out.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Any day Any Time, show me the contract.
