Leasing rights grant you permission to use the instrumental MP3 (or WAV by request) version of the track for limited purposes. Leases are the perfect option if you are planning to use the track for a few of the following uses: mixtapes, demos, local radio play, performances, and promotion. You are limited to only 2,000 (TWO THOUSAND) unit sales with my leases. If you should happen to predict a higher volume of sales, it is suggested that you purchase the exclusive rights. Khekay still holds full ownership of the instrumental.
Leases are delivered manually via email with 24 HOURS of purchase. If your primary email address and your PayPal email address are different, you must include in your order information which email to send your tracks to. Tracks are ALWAYS emailed to the address provided.
Exclusive rights grant you the exclusive ownership of the rights to a track. You are given the right to unlimited recordings, sales and broadcasts for the song you create with the track. The exclusive rights option is the one you will want to go with if you plan on releasing a mixtape/album or single for more major distribution. You are permitted everything included in leases, but on an unlimited scale. Exclusive rights pricing varies from track to track, it is not one flat fee. For exclusive rights pricing, you must inquire further by emailing me about the track(s) you are interested in.
Once payment is received in full, I will then deliver the tracked out wav file sessions, master track, and contract VIA EMAIL (and/or physical mail by request) within 48 HOURS. After payment and delivery, I will the mark the track(s) as sold on my page, move them to the bottom of my catalog with the other sold tracks, and will not distribute the track further in any way (with downloads or leases).
(Also Applies To $1.00 Demo DL's) These downloads are NOT leases. They are tagged throughout and DO NOT provide you with any rights to the track in any way. Free & $1.00 downloads are being offered for fans and potential customers alike to have the opportunity to demo/audition the track for a future purchase. If you absolutely cannot listen to the track on my page, you are welcome to download the tagged instrumental for your listening purposes. This is NONPROFIT. You are prohibited from using these downloads for the following: Mixtapes, Videos (Worldstar Hip Hop, Youtube, etc.), Performances, Radio Play, or Promotion. If reported individuals are using these downloads for the above purposes, I will be forced to take the proper steps to have videos removed, mixtapes pulled from shelves, and radio plays halted.
