I think that the internet is great for music itself, maybe not for the more well known artists or labels who are more worried about making money than being heard, but for the people who are in it for the music it is great.

If it ever came to that and it would help our music get to people all over, then yes.

Forming in December of 2002, The Eastern View hail from Stafford County, Virginia. It all started in the summer of 2002 when drummer Ricky Schmidt moved to Stafford. He just so happened to live right down the street from old childhood friend, Scott Jones. Soon after meeting and practicing together, they landed a couple of covers and knew they had something going for them. After a few weeks, they decided to bring bassist/singer Ryan Lesto into the mix and later guitarist Richie Manion. After months and months of practice, The Eastern View have just started playing shows and are creating quite a stir in the Stafford and Fredericksburg area.

It's all about the guitars and a good melody.
