Tom Potthast (bass) and Rob Mueller (drums/percussion)became friends at Southern Illinois College in Edwardsville. Susan Conte (vocals) and Tom met through a mutual acquaintance and began working together. As for the guitarist, he's just a mystery. Even though two of the band members are transplants from St. Louis, Demigods are based in Texas.
Demigods set out to make a record. They brought in Steve Watson (producer/engineer) and everything fell into place. Initial tracks were recorded at Arlyn Studio in Austin with additional tracks and final mastering completed at West West Side Music in Tenafly, NJ. The result is Demigods "Polyphonic". Now going out to the world!
