Tony Imbo
Music
(11:13) This song is not anti-religion nor anti-pope. The position of 'pope' in the storyline represents ANY leader religious or not, who use the position of power to spread a word of hate against any other group of people.
(8:14) Frantic Progressive Metal electronica swing...This one is about a time-warped Saturday night entity-sex intertwined recruitment swing party in bizzaro world..
(8:14) Concerns the post-evolutionary trait of simultaneous attraction / repulsions to people completely similar to ourselves - a near-future love triangle between a woman, her clone and their created biomechanical anti-clone,and ultimate combination
(17:16) Man is an obsessive creature, and love can fuel such actions. This song entails a search back through time for love, amidst future world retro-viral infestation, new universe creation, and discoveries of what consitutes self
(5:38) Concerns the fact the economic and political structures in the world are based on 2000 year old ideas patched to accomodate current technology. We need new systems substructures.
(12:34) This one is about the unending futile inane life-long attempt to give our lives meaning amidst brainwashing childhood influences / preprocessed judgements under cover of current societal trends and fashions of the day.
(5:08) Concerns the need to take a fresh look at age old societal issues and starting over from scratch in developing social and economic substructures and belief systems. (Formerly 'Deconstructing Man').
(9:57) Concerns the absurdity, belittlement, insecurity, boredom and magic of rediscoved love.
(5:07) Concerns the fact that, although contrary to what we may say, most our our actions are not about personal fulfillment nor self-sustained altruism but rather simply to tell a story to attained glorification from others.
(36:34) Extremely unstructured, epic, relentless high energy orchestrated progressive rock / metal. A duality story of the boredom of a long term breakup and the created adventure story within a mind to compensate.
(11:50) Concerns the destructive nature of fear, whether projected upon an individual from external sources or purely internalized.
(5:43) The lyrics revolve around the concept of some of the subtleties of political correctness.
(12:42) The lyrical philosophy concerns the question of the true nature of life itself amidst it's fragility.

I don't do this much but I had to drop a few lines.
1st of all, there are some CRAZY new beats up.
2ndly, my new album has dropped online. There are 6 singles, 23 tracks total. You know my production, it's HOT!
& lastly, we're approaching 1,000,000 plays & 150 tracks on the page. Both are pretty big milestones. So, swing through & enjoy, thanks.

I knew Tony Imbo once - or thought I did. However, that's the past and we all move on. His music, while not my personal taste, is excellent and he is a very talented, insightful man. Wishing you the best, Tony and hope you are happy, healthy and have someone special. I am, and do... and it's thanks to you. Miss you, my friend.

It's very schizo, but it rocks!
Very interesting themes, the lyrics though might be a little hard for most
people to get into. A really good effort, I am somewhat disappointed that the band doesn't have a stronger vocalist , which in my opinion, is what the music needs for maximum effect.

Interesting! I'm deep into prog rock and your layering of keys was overkill and distracts from the good "progressive" guitar scales & riffs...It's not Bad, I do like the guitar work on many songs...And ya, I'm a drummer. Continued Success! JD

I'm listening to Drained. It's good. It's different. I think it'd sound better with more bass mixed into it, but the performance is great.
I don't even have a song finished on my site yet, haha. Maybe I'll pull out one I wrote a few years ago...
Keep on truckin'
