Blind Pilot is a side project of Dale Birnie (Guitar/Bass/Vocals) and Lorne Valliers (Drums/Bass/Vocals)
Why this name?
Lorne thought the name up, just think..a blind pilot.....

At the moment Blind Pilot is strictly a recording project, It is a very creative band, and allows our songwriting to grow.( and showcases Lornes outstanding drum talents)

Band History:
Blind Pilot formed during a small Deadly hiatus, while Chad was on holidays. Lorne was really missing playing drums (as he is Deadlys bass player)and He and Dale decided to create a recording band. At that time half of our beautiful okanagan valley was burning so we had plenty of inspiration to write
