Free Downloads
Does not mean the Beat is free.
It does mean you can use it for non-profitable projects such as mixtapes, myspace, twitter, you tube, etc. No radio play, performances, or retail/digital distribution.
If you want to use one of my beats for profitable purposes purchase exclusive or leasing rights first.


Beat Layaway (25%-50%) of Exclusive price.
Holds the exclusive rights of the beat from being purchased for a certain amount of time until remaining amount has been paid. Does not prevent anyone from purchasing leasing rights of the beat. Below is the length of time given once a beat is put on layaway, after this time span you will have to fully purchase exclusive rights otherwise the exclusives will go up for sale again.
Absolutely NO REFUNDS when using this option and the full payment is not met before deadline.
25% of the exclusive amount- 1 month (payment plan is optional).
50% of the exclusive amount- 2 months (payment plan is optional)


Leasing Rights ($1.00)
- One Profitable use.
- Public performances, mixtapes, ringtones.
- Allowed to distribute up to 1,000 copies before purchasing exclusive rights.
- Chance to purchase exclusive rights at a discounted rate.
Please allow up to 8 hrs. after payment has been received to receive an email containing a leasing contract that you must sign before using the leasing rights you purchased. Once Contract has been signed and I receive my copy (whether fax, or scanned email, preferably email) then a tagless mp3 copy will be sent to you within 16 hrs. after the contract has been signed.
NOTE: Buying the leasing rights does not give you full rights to the beat, and does not prevent any other leasing purchases of the same beat from being made.

Please allow up to 8 hrs. after payment has been received to receive an email containing an exclusive contract that you must sign before using the exclusive rights you purchased.
