Tony Sawyer is a singer/songwriter of country music and world flute player. He plays Native American Flutes, South American Flutes (Quena or Kena), Anasazi Flutes, Irish Tin (Penny) Whistles, and English (Baroque) Recorders, Japanese Shakuhachie Flutes, Irish Flutes, and various bamboo flutes from around the world.

Tony has received radio airplay across the US and in Canada. Within weeks of it's release, Tony's song "Moonlight Serenade" reached number three on the Ride-On-Music New Age/World Chart. Tony can also sometimes be heard playing the guitar, bass, mandolin and other instruments on his CDs. In addition to composing his own instrumentals for the flute, Tony writes country music. He often co-writes country music with singer/songwriter, producer, publisher, and studio owner Dan Beal.

Tony and Dan Beal are currently working on an album together. It features Tony on flutes and guitar and Dan on the Keyboard.

Tony's CD releases include: The River, Moonlight Serenade, Mother Earth's Songs, Native From the Heart (with Dan Beal), Were You There, The Best of Tony Sawyer, ForeFather's Lament, and Calm Quest. He also releases single MP3 downloads.
