Euey C (Eugene Crowe) born 7/9/1990 is an Australian Hip Hop artist residing in South Australia's capital, Adelaide.
In a time where the next generation of local Hip Hop is beginning to surface, Euey C's first release 'These Years Gone By' is set to leave his mark on a scene he has spent the past 7 years of his life trying to break into. The release is based on the first 20 years he has been alive to show some of the experiences he has been through, from being that quiet, shy, bullied teenager to when he went under the knife after a car accident that almost made him leave this earth before he learnt what journey life will hold for him, along with losing someone that for about 3 years had meant something to him under false circumstances.
Ever since late 2009 he has watched himself slowly briefly rise into the top 20 on Reverbnation's Hip Hop charts for his home state, South Australia, to be placed just below well-known artists such as the Hilltop Hoods & Funkoars.
Beat production for 'These Years Gone by' is provided by M-Phazes, Euey C himself teaming up with Blasphemy from his group 'Urban Philosophy', along with some of the freshest underground producers from Australia & around the world. Mind Over Matter, a very well known Hip Hop group from Sydney are set to appear as well on one of the final tracks to be recorded for this release. One of his best friends and advisors Obese Records very own Mantra from up in Melbourne, will also be making a brief appearance telling people to keep paying attention to Euey C's moves.
'These Years Gone By' is due sometime 2011. for updates please keep checking Euey C's MySpace. All recorded content and this biography is copyright under Urban Philosophy Entertainment.

Why this name?
My real name is Eugene Crowe, so my nickname at school was Euey and if you add the first letter of my last name to the end of Euey you'll get Euey C.
Do you play live?
I should be soon..
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It gives artists the chance to promote themselves internationally, by themselves & get fans without the need of a label behind them.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Nope, down here in Australia, that isn't respected if you do that.
Your influences?
Hilltop Hoods, Bliss N Eso, Mantra, Urthboy, Illzilla, Pegz, Illy, Coptic Soldier, Phatchance.. All of those dudes are awesome artists worth checking out if you wanna know what us Aussies can do!!
