It's not a bandname just my screen name. It's pretty simple. I'm a "DUDE" who plays "GUITAR" and I have an Ibanez Rg"570"dx.

Occasionally I play live, but not that often. I play guitar for a lot of school stuff, so if you count that, I've maybe played live around 25-40 times or so.

I think it's obvious that record sales have decreased, but I really don't care. It has its advantages and disadvantages. If you want your music heard starting off it certainly helps. It provides a way of listening to songs from a band/album to know if you want to buy it. People use it in different ways, but I think it mostly has improved the whole music scene. If you're complaining about a few thousand dollars lost out of millions in record sales there's something wrong with your attitude about music. You should be glad everyone wants to listen to your music whether or not they pay for it.

Metallica first influenced me greatly. Other influences include Dream Theater, Megadeth (Rust In Peace), Yngwie Malmsteen, Testament, and plenty of other "not-as technical" bands (NIN, APC, Tool, Disturbed, Incubus, Alice In Chains, Sevendust, Staind (earlier stuff), Pumpkins, System of a Down, Deftones, Stabbing Westward, Manson). Also, I like certain types of classical oriented music.
