Hi my name is Jason. I am a christian musician. I have been a musician on and off since 1986. Played the organ for two years and then decided i wanted to play guitar and have been playing on and off since 1988. Played guitar in a church band for about 5 years and I am now just doing my own thing musically. Have been writing songs for about 8 years and thought it was about time I shared them with the world.
Why this name?
I'm a big Star Wars fan and and started of using the name jediobi, Obi as in old Ben Obi. Any way I removed the i cause I thought Jedobi sounded better. there you have it.
Do you play live?
No. But I have played live quite a few years ago. It was mainly in a church I was going to at the time. Special moment would be the first time I played in front of about 300 people, very nervous moment.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it helps. And especially independent muso's to reach the world with their music, whether it be acoustic, blues, rock, metal, contemporary Christian, hip-hop, what ever your into you can reach the audience your aiming for.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes. depends, maybe. Who knows?

Favorite spot?
Favorite spot would be the town I live in on the coast of Australia, which to me is paradise. Favorite city in the world would have to be Cape Town South Africa, such an amazing and beautiful place.

I have been married for 10 years and been a christian for the last 11 years. I also have a son, who was diagnosed with a genetic syndrome when he was 1 year old. It is called VCFS (Velo-Cardio-Facial-Syndrome).
