Non-Exclusive License/Leased Rights ($30 each or BUY 3 GET 1 FREE)
A non-exclusive license allows a one-time recording using the purchased instrumental with up to (but not to exceed) 2,500 copies for profitable use (demo,mixtape,online sales,etc).

Exclusive License (Pricing varies)
An exclusive license allows an unlimited number of recordings/copies with purchased instrumental to be used in a commercial/profitable medium. Once an exclusive license is sold on an instrumental, that instrumental will no longer be available for purchase and/or download. Buyer will be given the multi-tracks to purchased instrumental for mixing purposes.


All beats that are for download can be used for NON-PROFIT use. If you use a beat for profit with out leased or exclusive rights you will be sued.


Production credit must be given to said producer "ToddziLLa" or "Tristan Krause" in all mediums (internet,mixtape,etc) upon use of an instrumental obtained through Deadly Melody ent.


Deadly Melody Ent producers reserve the right to include "audio signature" on the beginning of all non-exclusive tracks. Removal of signature from a licensed and/or downloaded instrumental violates article 4 of the license agreement and will result in immediate termination of buyer's license agreement and could lead to legal action for breach of contract.
