The Banger Committee still has the right to re-sale the leasing rights of the instrumental to another customer and may even sell the exclusive rights of the instrumental to another customer.

INSTRUCTIONS ON PURCHASING A LEASE:

Please contact for prices. This grants buyer of the instrumental complete exclusive rights and ownership of the instrumental. The customer will be allowed to do anything he or she wants with the instrumental except re-sale the rights of the instrumental. Prices are very negotiable. The instrumentals on this page are available for exclusive rights but do not contain the tracked out files. The exclusive rights prices to those instrumentals are negotiable. Exclusive rights to instrumentals in the Banger Committee beat catalog and custom made instrumentals start at $1,500 (non-negotiable). The Banger Committee exclusive beat catalog is available upon e-mail request (bangercommitteebeats@gmail.com).
FREE BEATS:
Every once in a while, Banger Committee will upload an instrumental that will be free for the public to use for non-profit projects. The instrumentals that will be downloadable for free may only be used for non-profit mixtapes, non-profit demos, and non-profit albums. The customer is not allowed to make any sort of profit off a free instrumental on the Banger Committee page.
