Born 14th of December in Albury NSW Australia..
D was another school skipping, weed smoking adolescent who loved listening to his rap collection which consisted mainly of American gangsta rap.. Now that was cool to him for a while, even brainwashed him to tha point he was callin his mates 'G' and doin criminal activities.But D started growing up and maturing somewhat, and actually started becoming frustrated by tha lyrics he would hear as they had no relevance to HIS lifestyle.And since tha weed started makin him depressed, he wasnt gettin no enjoyment from what he was playing.
So after searching and searching for hip hop that had dark life struggles type of content..and realising there wasnt a large amount of it out there..
He decided to pick up tha pen n pad and start to create something which he hoped would be felt by others who also enjoyed rhymes & hip hop beats but weren't hearing anything they truely could relate with.His dream was to deliver something for all tha depressed heads who wanna hear words flowing over fly beats,but with inspiring words, and real talk about lifes struggles,just to give them hope and let them know they aint alone with what they also might be goin through.
So thats why he duz it tha way he duz...Even though alotta hard heads be callin it weak,he just figures they dont understand what its like to feel down.
And if people truely are a product of their environment,how would it make sense if he was to spit about street life and gangsta stories..he aint gonna front that he from tha ghetto when he is an Aussie..
Dallas is about making music with a purpose,writing lyrics with some meaning and honesty.Something people can relate to.
He really isn't phased with tha whole tryna be tha baddest in tha game,Couldnt care bout status and all that... Just wants some respect & appreciation, And mainly acknowledgement for droppin true content.
