LEASING:($50 per beat)

LEASING :1 for $50, 2 for $95, 3 for $140 or 4 for $180 and can be used for commercial purposes and distributed for up to 2,000 copies. Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive rights. With leasing I still own rights and can re-sell to others.EXCLUSIVE: Exclusive beats are different prices depending on the beat , contact me for pricing.With exclusive rights you have full ownership and can use the beat for all commercial purposes. I can not resell after the beat has been bought. It is them marked sold on my site and cannot be re-sold to others.
PAYMENT:Upon payment, the beat is burned to cd audio and wav format and can be sent out email or regular mail along with contract signed by me giving you leasing rights. Payment accepted is Paypal (send to folkmusikproductionz@gmail.com), Money Order ,Western Union, Check or Cash . If paying by check, the normal time is 3-5 days to clear, once cleared, you will be notified and the beat will be sent out.

Exclusive Rights (Negotiable)

- Exclusive Full Rights

Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You will receive an MP3 file of the beat, a copy of the raw WAV file and the separate parts of the beat as individual wav files. The song file can be delivered digitally or through the mail on a CD. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You will receive a contract in the mail/e-mail granting you exclusive rights to the beat. I may no longer lease or sell the beat/song, except for earlier leasing rights holders and his/her own promotional page. The beat will be on the site, but it will be marked as SOLD and it will not be as a paid download anymore. You must however give full credit to me (Produced by FOLK MUSIK PRODUCTIONZ) on all commercial recordings.
