I was born in the 505 which is Santa Fe, New Mexico. I currently live in Denver, Colorado, which is of the 303. I am manager and C.E.O of my own label known as; Adverse Records. I am not only a MC, but a producer as well. I have been in the rap game since June 30, 2006. I have relesed 2 mixtapes which i do not own copyright or the beats on either tape. however, everything to be released from here on forward will have full copyright and professional quality. I push my self to the limit n i rite and produce almost everyday (other then working). I never give in and i have strong motivation.
Why this name?
It took me a while to choose my name. I tried to pick a unique name that nobody would think of. Pezimistik came to my mind about two weeks after starting to rite lyrics.
Do you play live?
Yes i play live. various places in denver and the surburban areas.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet affected almost everything, not just the muzik industry. I believe there is no real way to decide weather the world wide web changed muzik in the right or wrong way, but it did change the muzik business forever. I think its good to have your muzik able to be downloaded all over the world, people could hear it, all over the world. The internet has provide extreme good promotion for any type of artist, actually, promotion for almost anything. But also has its down affects, loss of funds is the biggest and now downloading free muzik over the internet is being banned. As an artist, i would love to see my muzik everywhere for free, but maybe when im bigger n really needing a profit from it, my perspective will change.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depends.
Your influences?
I am a mid-west type of rapping style (Tech N9ne). My thought in muzik range from hardcore gangster (ice cube, tupac, old skool 50 cant), club (Flo Rida, T-Pain, Akon), to real life (Game-Start From Scratch, Ludacris-Runaway). I have a WIDE VARIETY of rap AND beats. You just need to check it out.
