- All Free & 99 cent downloads do NOT mean you can sell your track commercially, Leasing or Exclusive Rights MUST be purchased in order to use any beats on this page commercially.
- For any & all beats that contain samples: It is the artists/publisher's responsibility to have the sample cleared before use. Producer is ONLY responsible for composition of the instrumental(s), not the clearance of samples.
- When an instant lease is purchased, beat will be sent via e-mail (YouSendIt) to the e-mail address you provide. Please provide a valid e-mail address to ensure a safe delivery/transaction.
- Vocal Tag on all beats cannot be removed unless you purchase rights to the beat.
- All exclusively sold beats are placed at the bottom of the page, covered with tags, and contain the SOLD icon in the title and the SOLD logo as the picture.

Pricing Info:
- Leasing Rights ($20): Leases are good for ONE commercial use for up to 1000 units and unlimited non-profitable purposes, to sell more units, must purchase exclusive rights. You cannot re-sell beat, use more than once or edit beat in any way without purchasing exclusive rights. Must credit producer in title of the track. Producer can still sell the beat exclusively.

- Exclusive Rights ($100-500): You will receive a fully mixed 320kbps MP3 file free of soundmarks or vocal tags, and/or the raw .wav file for the beat. Beat is purchased as a "Work For Hire"... Buyer will receive a contract, and will be allowed to edit the beat as he/she sees fit, however, the buyer is not allowed to resell the beat. You are granted unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the instrumental in any shape, way, or form. Once purchased, no one else may further lease or buy the same beat. Tags will be put on the beat, and the beat will be moved to the bottom of the page and marked SOLD. No one will be able to use the beat with the exception of the buyer, and previous lease holder(s).

- Custom Production ($200 and up): Can't flip a sample??? Or have a sample in mind to flip or a concept for an original composition but don't produce? Give your concept to one of our producers and it will be granted heat. Exclusive Rights ONLY for this option. No one will hear the beat until the final track is complete. Please place inquiry for full price.

- Chopped & Screwed Tracks ($20): Send us your track, and DJ Black Magic will chop and screw your track. (Contact for Entire Album Price Inquiry)

If you use any of our beats for tracks, please send the track to us when you're finished, we'd love to hear how you use our material.
