With leasing rights, you are allowed to make one master recording for profitable, commercial or broadcast purposes - but you are limited to duplicating/replicating/pressing that recording for no more than 2500 copies/units through a profitable medium (i.e. LP, EP, mixtapes, commercial demos). Leasing rights remain intact even after exclusive rights are sold to someone else later on, as long as such leasing rights were purchased beforehand.

Once a lease has been purchased you will recieve a contract and high quality mp3 file within 48 hours.

With exclusive rights, you can make unlimited master recordings for any profitable commercial or broadcast purposes. The full rights to the beat are transferred to the buyer. Exclusive rights also guarantee that the beat will no longer be sold to anyone else.
