There was a day in the summer when so many things were happening, and there were moments when one of us didn't know if there would be a tomorrow for his friend. We learned how precious life is, and how fast the day goes by when you are concerned or busy.


That day was a thursday. So the name decided upon was Thirty Second Thursday.

Yes, we are local to Dallas, Texas. We really like it around here because there are a lot of people who are really into the local music scene.
One moment sticks out the most is the day we got booked our first real gig at The Door In Dallas. We freaked out. It was pretty awesome.

It's really cool, because at our first gig we had played a song that we were debuting live for people and we had an acoustic version on the internet and people sang every word.

When you are an indie band, you have to work extremely hard, and that is awesome, but you're not always guarenteed a next show. When you have a label and a manager, you have people who know what they are doing. They want to make money too, and they will make sure you are booked solid.

Though they just came together in the early summer of 2005, Thirty Second Thursday is fast becoming a favorite in the local rock scene. The band's original songs reveal their dedication, through strength and love, to their Lord and saviour. The band is working toward making a EP in the hopes of taking their music to the world. We as a band have so many musical influences that it's hard to count. Some of us are metal heads, some of us love emo. We all enjoy punk, and it mixes in.
