Redfirm records, a music label established by two friends. This is how it all started..

It’s best to start with StatU’s (Poria Arami) story, I guess. After all, He is the spring behind Redfirm.
After being involved with different labels, he decided to found one of his own. One of the main reasons for this is because he wanted the freedom to be able to create music the way he wanted it. Realizing his odds of pulling this off on his own, he went looking for a crew. It is essential to have determined and loyal partners.
The search remained unfortunate, until finally Mr. deed (of the birds of a feather) came in to the picture, who was chasing nearly the same ideals, alongside his friends/partners Tjomma (Artiem Shevtsov) and Psyko (Jelly Zijlsta). As the two got to know each other better, they found a certain thing they had in common. Both parties shared one belief and had similar goals.

Later on, StatU and The Birds Of A Feather joined forces, it seemed the most logical thing to do, and started their first project , Psyko’s solo mixtape “breathe on em”. This was to put the partnership to the test. In the process the partnership became real and the faith in each other and the future success only grew bigger. The guys felt they needed some kind of confirmation, something they could fall back on and wanted to secure their plans. The idea of establishing a label got really interesting.
A little while later it was actually time to act out our plans, the guys knew what they had to do and were determined to pursuit their goals..
A little time had passed, and on January 24th, 2008 Redfirm records finally became official.
