I'm a Boston based singer/songwriter. I don't do the normal acoustic rock/pop thing. I'm really into the R&B scene. You definatly feel a lot of the blues and soul influence in my music. Hopefully you guys enjoy it.

Why this name?
Well Matthew is my given name so i figure i just go by my nick name, Matchoo.
Do you play live?
I play live every couple months, usually at my school. I hope to be gigging when i get more music together.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet makes music so accessable. Everyone can listen to so many diffrent kinds and types of music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yeah, most definatly. That's where i ultimatley wanna end up.
Your influences?
Definatly expect an Acoustic R&B sound, Something like babyface "when can i see you again. I love the music fo Donny Hathaway, Stevie Wonder, Bill Withers, Earth Wind & Fire, Boyz II Men, James Taylor, Everything that is Motown, John Mayer.
