Dude, you are absolutely awsome! Some intense virtuostic talent going on here! Your piano playing is alive with feel and incredible chops. Your guitar playing is great. Everything is well done. Your imagination and creativity are refreshing and absolutely impressive. ....you're how old? You blew me away. I'm sure glad I popped on by. I'll be back for sure and posting a link to your site on "Soul Dust's" links page (my band). Rock on bro'.
Dre - "Soul Dust"
Figured I would put that as a little promo for my music...thanks Dre!
So, I mean, I'm really in this for myself. I gave some thought about getting marketed and commercialized and such, and I realized I just don’t' care. I thought about reaping commercial benefits and getting into the whole "MTV" thing, and it's just not my deepest desire. I'm just happy sitting alone making music...experimenting and messing around. That's enough for me. Which in turn made me question why I chose to pursue a commercial music major. I'm not doing this thing so I can delve into the music industry as soon as I graduate. I'm doing this so I can learn more about what I love and better myself. I'm getting a higher education so I can make better music and enjoy myself more as a musician. I picture myself graduating, getting a decent job as anything BUT a musician, and then going home, kicking back and recording some new ideas. Commercialization just, isn't the main drive in my life. I guess I just lack ambition, don't care, or have an inveterate sense of pride, subconsciously keeping me from pursuing higher goals regarding my "talents".
And I was born on September 4, 1987 if you were wondering...a few people have asked me my age, so in case you to were curious, there it is.
I have a deal with CashCrop Records (cashcroprecords.com) Go to their website to purchase an album.
Also, I'm on http://www.indieradiolive.com radio and songplanet.com radio if you wanna check those out. Also, check out HiwayRadio.com
