New band now. Hope to get more recordings on the page, but the guys hate the hassle of recording.
Why this name?
My mother gave it to me.
Do you play live?
Yes. Here and there. Yes. Sure.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Somehow. For one thing, strangers get to hear MY recordings, which probably wouldn't happen without the internet and MP3 technology.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It has never crossed my mind. But if someone wanted to pay me to record music, I suppose I wouldn't turn it down.
Band History:
I've been in a few bands. Current one is The Idjits.
Your influences?
Ry Cooder, Leo Kottke, Steely Dan, Jeff Beck, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The B52s, Bach, etc. The guy I most admire these days is Johnny A.
