Phyllis A Travis
Artist history
I began writing as a teenager in crisis, to keep me from the monsters and demons of my youth that I never quite managed to escape. Over the years, I had to grow up and earn a respectable living, and cashed in writing for a paycheck in the insurance industry. I returned to my roots in August of 2001, three weeks before Terrorism arrived in our back yards. I followed Faith to Seminary, and back to my soul where the music lives and breathes, and always brings me home.
