A little piece of history is hitting the major CD retailers - 'Looking Back On The Future,' which first appeared on vinyl in 1976, is getting it's first official CD launch after becoming a collectors item and being bootlegged a couple of times. This is the only release sanctioned by us and contains comprehensive sleeve notes from us, correcting some of the myths out there from people who pretend to know about us. You'll find it on sites from Billboard.com, Tower Records, Amazon.com to VH1.com and many other major retailers both sides of the Atlantic. PLEASE NOTE: THE SUNBEAM RECORDS RELEASE IS THE ONLY LEGITIMATE VERSION OF THIS ALBUM ON CD!

Band History:
Dawnwind have become a legend without any effort on their part. Their 1976 album 'Looking Back On The Future' released on vinyl has become a collectors item, changing hands (if you can find it) for three digit sums. Now the album get's it's first official CD release on Sunbeam Records ...see below.

A new CD called That Was Then, This Is Now was released in the summer of 2003 to coincide with a reunion concert in Bedford, (UK) and tracks from that will be previewed here, as well as further tracks from a forthcoming album to be completed soon. Meanwhile, an album they recorded back in the 70s has been given it's first official release on CD, having been bootlegged previously.
