It all started one day when we were starting to record stuff that we wanted to put on mp3.com. It was then that we realized that we needed a name. But not just any name... so we wracked our brains and thought of a few good ones that had been on each of our minds for a little while. After about 20 minates I thought of the name Stained Glass Sadness... and we both liked it but we thought that It was it didn't really capture the essence of David and Ben so the he proposed The Stained Glass Romantics, but I thought it sounded too much like a bad punk band's name so we came to A Stained Glass Romance.

As for the meaning...
In this world, things are perfect or imperfect. Our lives are a combination of the two... Stained Glass. We are striving for (or romancing) perfection but at the same time we know that we are tainted and light can not shine clearly through us.

Yes... the only gig has been at my church, but we still rock out.

We will never work and keep making music till the day we die.

It raises questions, and presents answers to ones that weren't asked.

Only if the selling of my soul wasn't involved.

We are a simple band that has stayed the same... although we did just add a bassist, but he isn't on any of our recordings just yet.
