I was born in Austin, Texas in January, 1969, but I grew up in Guadalajara, Mexico and I'm currently living in Houston.
I studied piano for several years and started composing when I was in high school. I went to college in Mexico where I received a degree in Computer Science.
During my university days I had to stop studying piano because I just couldn't keep up with two schools at a time. I started working, and three years later I received a master's degree in International Administration.
Since then, I've been moving wherever I feel there's an opportunity to grow. I've done many different things in the computer field, as well as in administration, education and -of course- music.
Presently, I'm trying to find ways to share my music with the world. I came up with my own website and a CD which I hope you have the chance to enjoy. :-)
I do play live, but not as often as I would like. I love the feedback when they give it to me. You get all sorts of interesting comments. It's amazing how music affects emotions.
I like most instrumental music, so I listen to a bunch of different things. But I would say that my most important influences would be Kostia, David Lanz, Yanni and George Winston.
I wish I had more money to spend on equipment. My main tools are a piano and my good old 01/W Pro X Korg synth.
