Blonde hair, blue eyes, 18 years, an acoustic guitar and a broken heart.
Andy Roy began his encounters with music at a young age. Banging on a cousin’s keyboard at age 4, Andy studied and advanced his appreciation of music through 10 years of piano. At a Blink-182 concert in 2000, Andy was captivated by electric guitars and screaming fans, and picked up his first guitar a week later. Needless to say, he hasn’t put it down since. After playing the Vancouver music scene with various local bands, Andy was intrigued to pursue the industry on his own. Thus begins a story of a boy, his guitar, and tales of heartache. Although only 18 years old, the music is wise far beyond its years, gripping the listener with nostalgia of teenage sorrow. So kick back, enjoy the music, and don’t be afraid to cry.
