Too Old To Rock is the brainchild of guitarists Jim Reindel and Chris Hattingh. The group was formed in 2002 as a vehicle to showcase the guitar mastery and compositional skills of its two founders. Their debut CD, "Too Dumb To Quit", was released in December of 2002. The music is all-instrumental guitar rock in a wide variety of styles, from shred to acoustic ballads, to 80's and 90's metal, to exotic world fusion, to funk to psychedelic rock. Their new CD, "Unplugged & Toothless" (2005), is an ecclectic mix of acoustic guitar styles, including jazz, reggae, bluegrass, prog rock, southern rock and even a Hendrix-style ballad.
After a lifetime of superstardom, Jim and Chris retired from the silver screen to quietly play their guitfiddles on Jim's back porch.....
