How to Purchase a Beat:

1) LISTEN TO AND DECIDE ON A BEAT. You can navigate between the Non-Exclusive page and the Exclusive page. The difference between these is described below, as well as in the Terms of Service. If you are interested in something custom, please contact us with the details. If you want a beat formatted in a different manner, contact us with the specifics. See our Terms of Service for more details.

2) DECIDE ON WHETHER YOU WANT TO PURCHASE EXCLUSIVE OR NON-EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS. Non-exclusive Rights are for one time use- perfect for demos or a low budget album. Exclusive Rights are beats purchased outright and can be used for any and all profitable purposes. See Details.

3) CONTACT HOKUS POKUS PRODUCTIONS. Email us with your real and artist name, title of the beat you want to purchase, your buying option (non-exclusive / exclusive / custom), your budget, and any other information you feel is necessary. All prices are given via email and most prices are negotiable, as we want you to feel comfortable with your investment. 4) SEND US YOUR PAYMENT. It’s simple - we email you a contract as an attached word file for you to sign, then you send it in along with payment and shipping address information. That's it.
* For exclusive rights purchases, beats can be broken down into individual tracks and printed to a variety of formats- please contact us for details. . For every other purchase, beats will be either recorded in stereo 44.1 kHz, 16-bit audio on a CD, or burned to a data CD as a .wav or .aiff file (or other formats, please inquire). We accept money orders made payable to Marc Berto (owner of Hokus Pokus Productions) or Paypal. make sure you send your shipping address information along with your payment! Many times customers will forget to provide their shipping addresses, and we want to send your beats as fast as possible.
