First and foremost, thanks 4 takin' tha time to come through and check out tha music, it's much appreciated. I'm from Saint Cloud, MN, been rappin' since 2002, decided to take it a step further in 2004 by actually tryna get my music out there. It started out as a hobby and became much more as time went on, so I ran with it. I was an original member of the Mad Bombin' Crew from 2002-2004 and then left the crew in the beginning of 2005 to embark on my own musical journey. Tried to start another crew called the Mic Killin' Militia but that didn't work out so well, so I was solo until about the middle of 2005 when I got with Distant Strangers. We've been a strong entity in this hip hop scene for years, helpin' to revolutionize Saint Cloud's music scene. I'm also in another group, Kings Of Tha Cloud which is an alliance formed by Distant Strangers, Cloud City Boyz and Top Contendaz.

This music page will mostly be for mixtape downloads and such, "Tha Militia Mixtape, Volume 1: Dawn Of A New Beginning is up for download, so you are free to grab that. "Tha Heatwave Mixtape" is on sale for $5, and tha DS "Legal Eyes It" T-shirts are on sale for $10, so send an email with "Mixtape" or "T-Shirt" in tha subject line to distant_strangers@yahoo.com.

Just wanna give a big shout out to everybody who's doin' their thang, DJ's, producers, MC's, anybody who's out there grindin'..leave a msg on tha board if you wish.

Why this name?
Active was my tag name, so when I put down tha spray can n picked up tha mic, I stuck with it, it's a part of me.
Do you play live?
Yes, I do play live. My group Distant Strangers has done shows all around Minnesota extending to Wisconsin and North Dakota, and have opened up for some big name artists like 2 Live Crew, AK Billionaire from Do Or Die, J-Kwon and Meech to name a few. Over the years performin' has gotten much more fun and intense, it's great to see tha people sing your lyrics while your up on stage doin' yo thang. Much love to everyone who's came to a show, we appreciate tha support, and for those who haven't came to a DS show yet, you're missin' out..hope to see you at tha next one!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's good for the up n comin' artist to get him or herself heard onna worldwide basis, n also good to interact with other artists n work with them as well.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
This question should be rephrased as "Would you still sign your life away to a major label?" All the hip hop major labels are wack anyway, nobody onna major label is puttin' out anything good. Does that answer your ?
