Why this name?

This name was given to me back in high school when some of my fellow peeps heard me flow & paid close attention to the lyrics that came out. Somebody yelled out the name to me & I ran wit it since.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Nope! Only underground

Your influences?

I have plenty of influences but these are the main 3 that influenced me to pick up a mic:

1. The Notorious B.I.G.: Often labeled as the greatest rapper of all time, he is without a doubt, my favorite rapper...period! I feel that his hard-hittin & super nice lyrics, have played a big part on my musical inheritance. He is the ILLEST. R.I.P. B.I.G.

2. Rakim: There's no doubt that he is 1 of the best lyricists to ever exist in hip hop. I personally feel, that I inherited his knowledge & consistency from him. Yep, he is the GOD.

3. Slick Rick: 1 of the best storytellers ever, I definetly feel like I inherited the storytellin side from this lyricist. His creativity & originality, have also played a big part. Gotta pay homage to The Ruler.

Other notables are: DMX, Nas, Shyne, Busta Rhymes, OutKast, 2Pac, Common, KRS-1, Redman, Mad Skillz, CL Smooth, Canibus, Scarface, Big Daddy Kane, Kool G Rap, Gangstarr, A Tribe Called Quest, Black Starr, Wu Tang Clan, De La Soul, Digable Planets, EPMD, Lords Of The Underground & many more.
