Attic Beats pushs Punk engery into 21th century electronic dance music. Trance based rhythms are intervowen with psychedelic rock elements, dark ambient scoundscapes mixed with laidback grooves.
Why this name?
You can do anything you want in your own attic. Its a a place where you can find out new things, experiment, think, play, act, sleep, drink and have complete freedom to do what you want to do.

Attic Beats plays in clubs, Attic members are Djing and Tibor from Attic beats does spoken word performances
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It has already not only changed an industry, but the mind of the audience. One of the biggest revolutions ever, its freedom, its fun, its a new way to communicate.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
No, not under actual conditions.
Band History:
Attic Beats founder Tibor started with Punk/Ska, then went DJing in Clubs, mostly Trance, Ambient and House. Does remixes (see free download!) and is producing electronic music.
Tibor writes short stories, published two books and does spoken word performances.

Early stuff of Roxy Music, Eno, 60ties Psychedelic; Pink Floyd, US-Garage Bands, Prodigy, Orbital, Propellerheads, Grateful Dead ("Anthem of the Sun"-Aera), John Coltrane, Allman Brothers
Favorite spot?
My home town, HongKong and New York

1972 VOX AC 30 Amp, 1976 Black Stratocaster, Stylus, Absynth, fabulous freeware sound mangling plug ins, Reason, Live 5, M-Audio keys
