fleeting visions of town

Building, crashing. This has a much longer building phase than the other two songs. I went back and re-recorded guitars. I'm finished with this one now.

waiting for cars to pass by,

more of a mogwai idea on this one. ie: more guitars, more piano, alot less of a synth-driven song. i'm getting closer.

cardboard lashes out

Synthy, punches back and forth in terms of dynamics. My first explorations into the sound I'm trying to achieve.
This is just me and my faithful computer, fighting off forces of ill-proportions. and waiting for cars.

glowing white stoves in angle-floored kitchens drapped in original quilts of tedium. regretting choices made when we couldn't breath too close for comfort. let's move and move again in a circle, now boy. swing your partner round and round but then let go and send them spinning onto the wall of razors impressing themselves against organs obliging hosts serving rice and beans where is my fork? hiding lower lower above the shaky brown waste residue of forgotten residents rats and grandmothers smoke fills your head, boy yes, it fills your head with slight images of the matter at hand at foot on your fork. eat it. eat it. now. you should have eaten it (good) boy (bye).
