play lo-fi play hi-fi  Hourglass Blue
This is pretty much just my compositions orchestrated into a admitted shoddy synthesizing program. Kind of musical vignettes, along the lines of film scores except for the fact that these serve to backup no plot; they are meant to have a self-contained plot. I hope you enjoy what I have here.
Why this name?
It's my name. I considered putting in a fake name, but all of the ones I came up with were really lame.
Do you play live?
No. I play most of my composiitons on the piano, but not usually in front of anyone. If I ever got together a makeshift orchestra, it would be really cool -- now, it's pretty impossible.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It makes it easier to pirate, but it also increases exposure.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I don't think that'll be a problem.
Band History:
I was born in 1986, a homely child and thoroughly normal. I grew up a little bit to become a tall, homely manchild. I started writing music (because being a homely manchild spawns a lot of emotion), and that's where it all came from.
Your influences?
If I had the capability, I would try to crank out some Floyd-esque classical rock. I don't, so I write more classically themed songs.
Favorite spot?
On a bench in Florida. Waiting.
Equipment used:
I use FL Studio 4 to put it all together.
Anything else...?
If you have any comments on my music, I'd love to hear from you.
