Generally, the most common cause is that the order could not be processed automatically. If you pay via PayPal always make sure that you click all the way through, until you're redirected back to SoundClick. Only then can the system process the order automatically.

Orders that couldn't be processed automatically are refunded within 24 hours by our staff. There's no need to request the refund or to inform us that it didn't go through. There's also no need to contest those charges on PayPal. If you haven't received the automatic refund within 24 hours please contact support@soundclick.com to sort it out.

Maybe your android is using a wireless connection, and your desktops are wired into some router? Or somehow using a different connection/ISP?

There are no known issues with the streaming servers, everything here seems to work fine. The first I would check is your flash software, you can do that at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
You can also try to use a different browser to see if that makes a difference. Also, you can check if there's some firewall that might be blocking either MP3 streams or our site.

So this behavior is not consistent? Then it sounds more like there's an issue with the playback. You can try to clear your browser's cache, or try the playback with a different browser to see if that makes a difference.

There are no known errors with the upload servers. You can try to use the 'simple song upload' instead of the regular one, the link is on the upload page. If that also doesn't work you can try the upload using a different browser. If that also fails please contact support@soundclick.com, maybe with a download link to the song you try to upload (or added as attachment).

Certainly not. We usually use the [closed] instead of [answered] status when it looks like the issue has been solved. In the most recent case the user stated that he fixed the issue himself, so we closed out the thread.

If it's not a support issue and the thread has been closed, you probably won't get staff to open a thread again.

The statistics only show when some user visited your comments page. That doesn't necessarily mean that these users also left a comment.
