Maybe you can try the 32-bit version of IE? Please see here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/help/adobe-flash-not-working

This sounds like the artist didn't receive your money transfer, most likely the money is still in your own PayPal account.

In any case, please contact the artist directly. We can't help much, because we have neither access to the PayPal transactions nor can we speak or act on the artist's behalf.

You can link to the player so that it opens up in a new window. But I believe that window is always full-size, and not the regular size of the MP3 player window. I could've sworn there was a tutorial post about the different linking possibilities.

But our preferred way to link songs here is to use the share URL anyway. You can find those on the song info page (like you said), like http://soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=12950269

I don't think any old messages ever get deleted by the system, the savebox is just for managing your important messages.

Actually I was already referring to the SC4 version (which is not online yet). I was describing how it's going to work there. And in order to already have the search working from the start we need those tags.

With the current version the site-wide search is handled by Google. Using our own search in the new version lets us make the search more meaningful for the user.

That search will be used by regular users to find whatever they're looking for here on SoundClick.

In your example, if a user enters the search term \"The Birthday Massacre\", our system would first show a band with that exact band name, then bands that use the tag \"TheBirthdayMassacre\", followed by bands using either \"birthday\" or \"massacre\" (shown higher in the list of both are used).

The results include also other tags those bands use, so if you for example narrow it down by clicking a \"SkinnyPuppy\" tag there, those bands with both tags are shown first, and so on.

If you see it in action it's pretty intuitive, I believe.

Hello Tom,

The Facebook embedded player has been changed in July, it does play all songs of an artist/band. But it always starts with the song that has been shared in the first place.

Also, instead of taking the user to the SoundClick page the songs are now played on Facebook directly.

Can't say anything about that, sorry. The notifications we received for the weekend didn't show anything unusual and today's charts look perfectly normal.

It sounds perfectly fine here. Is that garbled noise throughout the whole song ? Do you still have this problem?

There's no longer any code on your page. What is the code you're trying to add there? You can post it here using the 'code' button.

I doubt it has anything to do with hacking. I also see that your numbers today are back to normal. It's possible that some robot or search engine was hitting your page. Or it was some online viral sensation thingy. In any case I wouldn't worry about it.

Did you want to post some code there as part of the question? You can use the \"Code\" button for that when posting.

In general, you can post some limited HTML code (links, forms, images,...) to your SoundClick page, but nothing that could impact user security. So scripts of any kind are not accepted.

Sorry it's taking so long! We're getting closer but don't have a date set yet. Please rest assured that we are hard at work implementing all those changes. When we have a roll-out date set we'll let you know.
