You can go to your band administration > songs > charts.
There you find a list of your songs currently in the charts, and your other songs with their best previous charts position.

Only your best performing song is represented in the charts. I believe in your case you have a different song in the same genre and sub-genre, and that other song collected more charts points than your new song.

The original plan was to finish SoundClick version 4, then move the whole data center and operations to a different platform, then redesign the mobile version. Around Christmas there was an incident that made us reconsider. The data center and operations move has been made a priority and is currently underway. This will hopefully be completed in March, then we go full steam ahead with finalizing version 4.

Currently we only offer the flash-based players. As far as I know wordpress.com still doesn't allow those objects for security reasons, but apparently there are plug-ins you can install to circumvent that. Down the road we want to add a HTML5 player, but that will come after the SoundClick version 4 upgrade. After that we'll focus on a new version of our mobile app. To be honest, Windows mobile is not the main target here, but when we add the HTML5 player later on we should also make that work for Windows mobile.

Real-time statistics are reserved for VIP accounts. I see you have a standard account, so I assume you were looking at your statistics of yesterday.

I just looked up your real-time numbers and can confirm there have been plays for your song today. You can see the final number after the next statistics update tonight.

When you escalate it with PayPal, then the seller will get a notification. He can then either issue a refund (which you both probably don't want), or he can make the beat available to you, or at the very least give you additional information.

For what it's worth, that specific producer you ordered from hasn't had any problems with other buyers before, at least none that we've been notified of. So I'm surprised it takes so long in the first place and hope you'll get it sorted out soon.

This timeframe is indeed much longer than it should be. Still, when you lease a beat, that is handled directly by the artist/producer and you must contact them regarding your purchase. Sometimes they're simply backed up. If that doesn't help and you are not receiving any reply from the producer you have purchased from, please then escalate the issue with whichever payment service you used for the purchase (i.e. PayPal).
