We are Hank's Cadillac. Ian Ballard on Guitar and Vocals, Tom Griffin on Bass and Vocals, and Dan Berens on Drums. We write our own music but we also do other people's songs but not the way they do them. When we cover a song, we put our own stamp on it. Basically, we love the music and each other. When you see us in person, it shows.Band/artist history
We began in 2002 with Ian on guitar and vocals, Tom on bass, Marc Weller on steel, and our dear friend Johnny Dennis on drums. Johnny broke our hearts and passed away in 2005. We went through a couple dozen drummers but we ended up with the best one ever with Dan Berens. Marc left the group in 2008. At present, we are a three piece group and rocking it up a tad more than we used to.Have you performed in front of an audience? We have worked for the cities of Claremont, Upland, Pomona, Chino, County of Los Angeles, The Bulldog Pub in Upland, Janies Sports Bar in Montclair, The Blackwatch Pub in Upland, Etc.
Your musical influences
Neil Young, Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Michael Nesmith, Hank Williams, John Prine, Waylon Jennings, Mark KnopflerWhat equipment do you use?
Ian mainly plays an old Gretsch, a telecaster, a couple of Heritages, etc into Fender, Ampeg, and Peavey amps, Tom plays a Peavey T-40 or a Washburn bass that is too big into a Fender Bassman amp, and Dan buys a new set of drums every week it seems.Contact

Hey guys,
Thanks a million for coming out and playing Saturday. I talked to Mark today and he said he's been getting nothing but positive feedback and everyone loved your stuff. And thanks for the photos Tom. Wish you could play on the 21st, but we'll hook it up again soon I hope.
