While doing a competition,I found myself alone on the stage several times.Since my cohorts failed to show for every performance,I chose AJ and Company since the company could change.Besides,I compose,record,produce and grind ALONE.

folks can either pick up some good artists or let
us "blow up"on our own.Either way,the word will
get out.

I'm not so vain that I wouldn't accept an opportunity to really earn a living when it comes.

I come from a musical family.All of my brothers and sisters do something.I'm a classically trained cellist and I discovered that the bass guitar provided more of an outlet for me than the classics.I learned to practice hard and often making my repertoire not only extensive but diverse.My orchestral training and knowledge of sound made it possible for me to become a serious arranger and composer with an uncanny ability to remember every nuance and texture I hear in any song.

Growing up in Philly,it goes without saying that I listened to a lot of MOTOWN, EARTH,WIND&FIRE,
the local groups like The Delphonics,Blue Magic, the legendary SOUND OF PHILADELPHIA,Harold Melvin & The Bluenotes, Billy Paul, along with Sly and the family Stone,Iron Butterfly, Chicago, Isaac Hayes & STAX/VOLT, George Benson,and even Sinatra.Through other entertainment mediums(i.e.radio,tv,etc),I got familiar with QUINCY JONES,CHICK COREA,
LALO SCHRIFIN,MIKE POST and the art of scoring which is really what I aspire to do ultimately.I also learned Jazz and Gospel,which were also prevailent in my musical upbringing.Stevie Wonder Larry Graham,Stanley Clarke,Herbie Hancock,Marcus Miller,Prince,Phil Collins,Led Zeppellin,The Beatles and the late greats Jimi Hendrix,Barry White,Ray Charles,Jaco Pastorious,Otis Redding,Grover Washington,Luther Vandross,Tyrone Davis,Curtis Mayfield,Roger Troutman &Marvin Gaye are still staples of my daily regimen.

ON THE STAGE!!!!ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD!

My analog team consists of the TASCAM portastudio 488mkII,and the SONY RCD-W1.My axes are the FENDER STRAT,FENDER Precision Active 4String Bass,TOBIAS 6String Bass,An IBANEZ Artcore Custom AF1,and a JBPlayer acoustic/electric. I use the YAMAHA DGX203 portable grand and other than ZOOM guitar and bass effects pedals and occassionally the ZOOM RT123,There are NO other effects processors. And of course, the SHURE 588SDX , SM57 & SM58 microphones.
