Why this name?
We've changed the name of the group from Ashling Ah'lyn .. People we're always mispronouncing the name Ashling Ah'lyn (they "moidered the Gaelic), misspelling, forgetting..
We came up with something, I think, less forgetable and will put us in the front of the alpabetic listings while still maintaining a Celtic flavor..
4Ever Erin
A play on words from the Gaelic saying "Erin Go Braugh" (tho sometimes on St. Patrick's Day some say, possibly after a few Guinesses, say "Erin Go Braless").. Erin Go Braugh means "Ireland Forever" so we get the Gaelic Erin and the English/American forever with a poetic license in the path of the Beatles and Byrds of changing the for to 4.. and if you have too much time on your hands and think too deep the English and Gaelic signify that we do Celtic and American rock/county/bluegrass/blues/British Invasion (classic rock songs) music..
